Phoenix Challenge
As part of our personal development offer, students in Year 7-10 will take part in the Phoenix Challenge which is a programme to help develop student's character and thirst for learning. Students have a choice of 50 challenges they can complete throughout the year which span the following areas:
- Community
- Wellbeing and aspiration
- Arts, culture and performance
- Citizenship
- STEAM
There will be opportunities to complete challenges during tutor time, lesson time and extra curricular activities at lunch/after school but some activities require students to go the extra mile outside of school.
Once students have completed challenges, their tutor will verify these. Students will receive awards depending on how many challenges they complete.
