Applications to Sixth Form

Thank you for considering Sixth Form at The Phoenix Collegiate. Choosing where to study at Post-16 is an important decision, and we will be there to help you make the right decision. All students who apply to join Sixth Form at Phoenix will be asked to attend an interview where you will be able to discuss your future career aspirations and decide which subjects are right for you. You will be expected to attend Taster Days for Sixth Form in July where you can experience life as a Sixth Former. 

We recommend the following to support your application:

• Attend our Sixth Form Open Evening.
• Find out as much as you can about the courses we offer by reading our prospectus and by making an appointment to see the school's Careers Adviser.
• Complete the application form.  Phoenix students should have received an e-mail through their Microsoft 365 account with a link to their application form. IF YOU ARE A PHOENIX STUDENT PLEASE USE THE LINK THAT WAS EMAILED VIA YOUR 365 ACCOUNT OR YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, ANY ISSUES PLEASE MESSAGE MISS SWAIN VIA TEAMS. You must be logged in for it to work.
• External students only need to complete this application form - applications will open from Friday 27th September 2024.

• Attend the Sixth Form interview.
• Attend the Taster Days in July.
